I'm possibly the only person on the planet teaching Raw Food Classes that isn't Raw or Vegan because this is not what my classes are about. My classes are about showing you how to get more plant based nutrition into your diet, because increasing raw foods in your diet will result in an abundance of health benefits including increased energy, clearer skin, better digestion, weight loss and a reduced risk of disease and sickness. Eating foods in their natural state ensures you receive maximum nutrition – the way nature intended.
I laugh when people give me shit about organic this and that because our food system is so far up shit creek that people forget "organic" is simply how all our food used to be - before humans thought it was a good idea to spray it with a ton of chemicals amongst other things.
Dieting and counting calories is no fun for anyone! The best part about eating clean is that you don’t need to read labels and try and work out what the ingredients are. Your food is always fresh and tasty and you know it is nourishing your mind, body & soul. Everything in moderation though!

Dirty Dozen – Best to buy organic. Highly sprayed. If you want to clean your body and feel better then it’s best to not consume massive amounts of pesticides.
Strawberries, Spinach, Kale, Nectarines, Apples, Grapes, Peaches, Cherries, Pears, Tomatoes, Celery, Potatoes
Clean 15 – ok to buy non organic. These have the least amount of pesticides.
Avocados, Sweet corn, Pineapples, Frozen sweet peas, Onions, Papayas, Eggplants, Asparagus, Kiwis, Cabbages, Cauliflower, Cantaloupes, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Honeydew melons
I’m a flexitarian – each day can vary for me. You don’t have to become a ‘raw foodie’ or a ‘vegan’ to eat this way. Do what works for you. Listen to your body and look after your vessel!
